Ordering items through Facebook message and email.

Dear friends of Anime Yorozuya, please take note of the following:

1. Enquiring about an item is not equivalent to reservation of the item.
Example of enquiries:

- asking the price of the item.
- availability of the item.
- size of the item, etc...

We would like to highlight one more time, when you enquire about items, it is not equivalent to reserving of items.

2. Ideally, please indicate clearly, for example; "I would like to have this item, please keep this item for me."
***Online reservation is only for 1 week.

As long there is no clear confirmation, the item will not be reserved.

We appreciate your understanding and co-operation.
